CANTIERE NAUTICO SEMPRINIA was born on 1973 in Baveno – on Lake Maggiore – thanks to Franco (the founder) and from his passion for wood, restoration and boats. Precisely from this dedication, which has lasted almost 50 years, the yard has been able to evolve managing to satisfy all types of maintenance of wooden boats, establishing itself as one of the main shipyards of Lake Maggiore.
Today Franco, still in business with his sons Barbara and Diego, he performs with passion restorations on wooden boats. In addition to the repair and restoration activity, the yard also deals with boat storage, and painting in VTR, ordinary maintenance on engines of any brand, anti-fouling treatments, launching and hauling boats up to 5 tons.
Since 2012, Semprinia shipyard has differentiated its offer by embarking on a new adventure, that of boats rental, becoming a renowned landmark for lake and boating tourism in general. The rental activity, throughout the summer, offers several boats for exciting days on Lake Maggiore. It offers to the customers the maximum comfort from the moment of the arrival until the end of the experience, making available 2 boats with license, and 6 boats without license.
In the 2018, on the near Lake of Mergozzo, the Nautical Yard has decided to upgrade the activity of boat storage by providing customers with a large indoor and outdoor area completely dedicated to boats and, as a novelty, also at the storage of campers and caravans.
